ci: add automated release workflow
- Prevent sheep explosions from harming others
- PVP combat disabled during gameplay.
- Updated API version in module.yml (required for Blue Arcade 3.1.4)
- Fixed a bug that allowed spectators to count more than one death if they left the bounds of the minigame.
