ci: add automated release workflow
Run From The Beast
Escape the Beast, gear up from chests, and fight back together
- Fixed bug that allowed breaking blocks during games.
- Fixed time counter on scoreboard that was getting stuck
- Added option to customize the behavior when falling into the void.
- Updated API version in module.yml (required for Blue Arcade 3.1.4)
- Fixed a bug that allowed spectators to count more than one death if they left the bounds of the minigame.

- Fixed cage and countdown issues by restoring the cage and refreshing the release state at start.
