ci: add automated release workflow
- A new default kit, “None”, was added for players who don’t want to choose a kit.
- Fixed multiple setup and gameplay messages that were not being shown correctly.
- Fixed an issue where block and interaction restrictions could affect players outside the match.
- Reworked spawn handling to use team spawns with automatic conversion for older setups.
- Added support for configurable potion metadata in kit items (using "MATERIAL:amount:slot:POTION_TYPE:extended (boolean):upgraded (boolean)") so kits can now deliver specific potion effects instead of generic untyped potions.
- Updated the default SkyWars kit configuration to use explicit potion types for potion-based kits (for example, Ninja/Flash now define their potion types directly).
- Fixed SkyWars eliminations so defeated players now correctly drop their inventory, armor, and off-hand items at the death location.
