ci: add automated release workflow
- Fixed multiple setup and gameplay messages that were not being shown correctly.
- The player now remains in adventure mode to prevent them from breaking or placing blocks (again, sorry).
- Updated API version in module.yml (required for Blue Arcade 3.1.4)
- Fixed a bug that allowed spectators to count more than one death if they left the bounds of the minigame.
