ci: add automated release workflow
- Fixed backward_force: 0.0 being ignored in explosion settings.
- Removed fall damage
- Updated API version in module.yml (required for Blue Arcade 3.1.4)
- Fixed a bug that allowed spectators to count more than one death if they left the bounds of the minigame.
